Job Summary
Directs the end-to-end product portfolio for the Data & AI Studio capability, defining strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a multi-tenant, reusable enablement platform that powers diverse products and use cases; holds P&L accountability and drives investment prioritization, capacity planning, and value realization; leads a team of product managers and architects, collaborating with engineering and enterprise platform teams to deliver modular, extensible capabilities for data ingestion, orchestration, processing, transformation, and AI/ML development; ensures adoption, platform alignment, and measurable business impact across product teams; emphasizes scalable product thinking and governance across data pipelines, AI/ML workflows, and enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on execution, scale, and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership across complex, platform-based products
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product portfolios with P&L accountability
- Strong understanding of data pipelines and processing
- Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle
- Platform-based product architectures
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams (product + architecture)
- Technology exposure in relevant tools and platforms (Databricks, Matillion, DBT, Collibra, Dataiku, SageMaker or similar)
- Experience within global delivery models (US and India)
- Leadership characteristics: strong operator with focus on execution, scale, and measurable outcomes
- Product leadership with platform-as-ecosystem mindset
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple products, capabilities, and stakeholders
- High accountability mindset with ownership of outcomes, value, and delivery
