Job Summary
Director at Learning Care Group responsible for leading school operations, managing staff, implementing company-provided curriculum with coaching and standards interpretation for teachers, ensuring licensing-compliant, educational, and safe environment for children and parents, promoting the school’s positive image, recruiting and retaining quality staff, and contributing to profitability while collaborating with staff to support children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.
- Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
- 1-2 years supervisory/management experience of at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
