Job Summary
Administer graduate and undergraduate education across six ACGME-accredited residency programs and one fellowship program involving three state-of-the-art hospitals. Serve as the primary liaison with administrative leaders, the medical staff, and affiliated training institutions on matters relating to graduate medical education within the organization. Lead curriculum development, resident evaluation, and progress monitoring while ensuring strong knowledge base in accreditation and best practices. Manage a growing GME program with a focus on scholarly activities and professional development for residents. The program includes Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, and Transitional Year residencies, alongside a Colon & Rectal Surgery fellowship. Mount Carmel Health System is building a Clinical Skills & Simulation Center. This role supports a faith-based system serving those who are less fortunate, with a mission to educate physicians of tomorrow.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathy, or equivalent degree enabling the unrestricted practice of medicine in the state of Ohio

Desired Qualifications
