Job Summary

Administer graduate and undergraduate education across six ACGME-accredited residency programs and one fellowship program involving three state-of-the-art hospitals. Serve as the primary liaison with administrative leaders, the medical staff, and affiliated training institutions on matters relating to graduate medical education accreditation, curriculum development, resident evaluation, and best practices. Manage a growing program while ensuring active participation in professional development to maintain a strong knowledge base. Lead the initiative to build a new Clinical Skills & Simulation Center. Report to the Vice President, Medical Education within Mount Carmel Health System, a regional, faith-based system with 10,000 employees and a mission to serve those who are less fortunate.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathy, or equivalent degree enabling the unrestricted practice of medicine in the state of Ohio

Desired Qualifications

  • minimum five years of leadership experience at the Program Director level or above in an ACGME-accredited residency training program
