Job Summary
Director, Government Solutions (EMEA) to lead Europe sales team in driving growth within the government sector. Responsibilities include strategic leadership to achieve revenue targets and market penetration; team management and development of a high-performing sales group; building and maintaining relationships with key government stakeholders; conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities; overseeing proposal development and compelling presentations; collaborating with product development, marketing, and customer support; ensuring compliance with government regulations and procurement policies. Qualifications require minimum of 10 years of fuel sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on government sales; proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding government contracts (NSPA, UK MoD or similar European contracts); deep understanding of government procurement processes and regulatory requirements; strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
