Job Summary
Lead the strategy and execution of US government sales across federal agencies, identifying high-value opportunities and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships. Drive pipeline, win rates, and engagement effectiveness for enterprise, multi-product deals, with a strong emphasis on governance, contracting, and cross-organizational collaboration. Requires military experience and a proven track record in selling to government clients and navigating complex procurement processes within healthcare-related government initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background and military experience
- Experience selling to the federal government, including complex products
- Proven ability to develop and close multi-product, multi-year enterprise sales agreements at the agency level
- Ability to collaborate across functions in a matrixed organization
- Detailed understanding of government agency sourcing process at the enterprise and local level
- Pre-existing contact base with clinical and strategic decision makers at multiple government agencies
