Director / GM LRF (Laboratory Refrigerator and Freezer) and Cryo

Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive business and product strategies for the laboratory refrigerators, freezers, and cryogenic equipment segment to drive revenue and margin growth. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance while defining the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle from ideation to launch. Conduct market research to inform strategy and lead a cross-functional team across operations, supply chain, marketing, and commercial functions. Drive Human Resources Review processes to build talent and execute product and sales training programs to improve market share. Define and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met and implement corrective actions as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering or Science degree
- 7+ year's work experience in strategic portfolio management within BioTech/Pharma, Industrial, Academic/Government, or Healthcare sectors
- 5+ years leadership experience in technology product development
- Experience in developing and launching new products in a global matrix organization and working with channels, key customers and commercial teams
- Proven ability to interact effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve significant business objectives
- Proven success communicating highly technical/sophisticated information at all levels in an organization and be comfortable owning aggressive targets and goals
Desired Qualifications
- PhD/MBA or other advanced degree is helpful
