Job Summary

Co-own global strategic and annual business planning cycles to align enterprise goals with growth priorities. Collect and synthesize market, consumer, and financial data to drive data-backed decision-making and optimize resource allocation. Manage monthly and quarterly performance reviews while applying advanced analytics and predictive modeling to forecast outcomes. Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations leaders to align strategies and KPIs across diverse geographies. Develop enterprise-wide dashboards and BI frameworks that integrate competitive intelligence and market trends. Deliver executive-ready presentations and strategy narratives to influence billion-dollar decisions at the highest level.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in Strategy Development, Enterprise Planning, Strategic Finance, or Commercial Roles
  • CPG or global experience highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in data interpretation, analytics, and financial modeling
  • Strong storytelling skills for executive audiences
  • Demonstrated leadership in planning large-scale strategy cycles
  • Building integrated forecasts in complex, matrixed environments
  • Exceptional business acumen spanning multiple domains (finance, marketing, operations, growth planning)
  • Solid grasp of macroeconomic, industry, and competitive frameworks
  • Expertise in MS Excel
  • Expertise in PowerPoint
  • Expertise in BI visualization tools
  • Curiosity for AI and machine learning application in analytics
  • Strength in project management
  • Prioritization and delivery under tight timelines
  • High-impact relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
