Job Summary
Director, Global Services, Eastern Region leads franchisee success for REMAX Canada, focusing on agent growth, operational efficiency, brand adherence, and profitability across a portfolio of franchisees. Responsibilities include relationship management with franchisees and agents, delivering consultative support, driving organic recruitment and retention, leveraging internal programs (Momentum, etc.), ensuring renewals and AR management, collaborating with Global Sales, Marketing, PR, Product, Support, and Operations, and guiding region growth strategies. Requires strong franchise operations knowledge, contract negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration; minimum 5 years in related fields and a Bachelor's degree preferred; hybrid/remote work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Operations Management, or Business Consulting (franchise and/or real estate background strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and dispute resolution skills
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across all organizational levels
- Knowledge of current and emerging real estate industry practices, trends, and technologies
- Demonstrated planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Track record of delivering results and managing multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to set milestones, measure performance, and achieve targets
