Job Summary
Deliver profitable Brand Performance projects valued at $1M to $5M while independently pricing, scoping, and managing end-to-end research from design to reporting. Lead small to mid-size accounts by overseeing daily project execution, addressing client inquiries, and coaching junior staff on complex challenges. Manage a downline of 1-2 team members to meet utilization targets and drive cross-sell strategies within the global research ecosystem. Present strategic insights to clients, navigate technical questions, and ensure high-quality data delivery across multiple simultaneous projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5 + years of custom market research experience
- Knowledge of research methods
- Demonstrated experience executing custom research / analytics for multiple strategic research projects simultaneously from design to analysis and reporting
- Proven experience consulting with and presenting insights and recommendations to clients
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problem-solving
- Can-do attitude with experience successfully managing complexity, is driven, takes initiative, demonstrates ownership and can manage challenging situations
- Strong project management experience and time management while delivering against multiple deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines
- Plans complex engagement/ job planning
- Excellent project management skills
- Motivates/ manages individuals & teams, stewards team culture
- Command of research methods and tools
- Ability to master business tools (e.g., SPSS, Survey Reporter, data management / cross tab tools and other proprietary tools)
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Confidently delivers messages and exemplifies Kantar values
