Job Summary
Director - Global Research Business Management at TD Securities leads strategic initiatives across Global Research with a focus on AI technology enablement, data productization, and client strategy. Partners with Global Research, Technology, and Sales to enhance tech platform capabilities, unlock proprietary data assets, and drive client engagement through analytics and tracking. Oversees planning, direction, and coordination of trading operations and policy development; drives AI strategy, defines requirements, and influences product roadmaps. Responsible for commercializing data assets, integrating data products into client offerings, establishing adoption metrics, and managing budgets, headcount, forecasting, and the annual budget process. Requires strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
- 7+ years of related experience
- Strong project management skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience with AI strategy, data strategy, or client/coverage strategy
