Job Summary
Lead and oversee New Product Development initiatives by consolidating and recruiting Program Managers to drive successful machine launches across multiple product lines. Define project scope, deliverables, and financial targets while managing cross-functional teams to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives. Establish and maintain NPD execution playbooks, including scheduling systems and Agile methodologies, to ensure disciplined adherence to project standards. Facilitate stakeholder alignment with leadership and customers, resolving conflicts and making effective decisions to keep complex projects on track. Requires 40% domestic travel to manufacturing sites, corporate offices, and customer locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field (or foreign degree equivalent)
- 8 years of relevant experience
- 8 years of experience in New Product development and integration for product launch
- 8 years of experience in Leading cross-functional teams
- 8 years of experience in Conducting product cost analysis and management
- 8 years of experience in Tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for production performance
- 8 years of experience in Utilizing Program Management Software such as MS Project
- Domestic travel up to 40% of time
- International travel 1-2 times per year
