Job Summary
Lead and continuously develop the Global PMO while personally taking ownership of critical customer and development projects requiring additional leadership. Manage and prioritize the global project portfolio, support resource planning, and ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, and quality objectives through proactive risk management. Build practical methodologies, standards, and KPIs that simplify execution, then lead, develop, and support Project Managers in their day-to-day work. Work side-by-side with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to remove roadblocks and support successful Design Transfer and industrialization activities. Act as a trusted partner for customers throughout the project lifecycle while continuously improving processes across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related technical discipline
- Several years of Project or Program Management experience in Medical Devices, IVD or Life Sciences
- Experience leading multidisciplinary product development projects
- Experience developing or improving PMO structures and ways of working
- A genuine hands-on mentality and the willingness to actively support teams in operational project work
- Confidence working in regulated development environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and with customers
- Fluent English (C1–C2)
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, IPMA or a comparable certification is a plus
- preferred understanding of Biochemistry
