Job Summary
Director, Global Program Management, Neuroscience TAU role in Takeda, based in Cambridge, MA with a hybrid work setup and presence in Boston/Cambridge offices. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in science or business-related field
- Minimum of 10-12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and drug development across all phases
- Minimum of 5-7 years program management experience leading complex, global projects
- Advanced ability to influence outcomes and decisions and solve strategic problems
- Experience communicating clearly to executive management and across cultures
- PMP certification with PMI desired
- Travel approximately 10% (global offices)
