Job Summary
Define and execute Nexthink's global procurement strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap across indirect spend categories including Software/SaaS, Cloud, and Professional Services. Lead major global sourcing initiatives, strategic supplier negotiations, and performance frameworks to drive measurable savings, cost avoidance, and commercial value. Develop a high-performing team of Category Managers, establish clear ownership and accountability, and build succession planning within the function. Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Legal, IT, and Sales, ensuring early engagement in strategic purchasing decisions. Develop scalable global policies, governance, and the Procure-to-Pay framework within NetSuite to improve spend visibility and compliance. Establish KPIs and executive reporting covering savings, sourcing pipeline, and supplier performance. This highly visible leadership role requires 12+ years of experience leading global indirect procurement and complex commercial negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management experience
- Significant experience leading global indirect procurement categories and complex commercial negotiations
- Proven experience leading and developing Category Managers and building high-performing procurement teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop procurement capabilities, operating models and category management maturity
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-suite and senior business leaders
- Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management and commercial negotiation
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable business value
- Experience working across international and multicultural organizations
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent English
Desired Qualifications

- Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS, CPSM, CPM or equivalent
