Job Summary
Lead Lease Accounting operations as Global Process Owner, driving standardization of the end-to-end Lease Accounting process, managing documentation and monitoring effectiveness, overseeing support to Market Finance Teams for franchisee financial health, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial data, collaborating to identify opportunities for process optimization, leveraging enterprise reporting capabilities for consistency across markets, and leading a team of three direct reports across Market Finance, Lease Accounting, and Technical Accounting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or local equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in lease accounting, financial reporting, or related functions
- English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
- Experience in providing data-driven and financial analysis
- Experience in managing a team and providing coaching and guidance to execute work
- Experience in performance monitoring and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in providing data-driven and financial analysis
- Proven experience managing third-party providers in a global finance operations context
- Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization
