Job Summary
Define and own the global performance marketing strategy across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, translating business objectives into a scalable media architecture for paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels. Own the paid media contribution to pipeline and MQL targets, managing an active demand funnel of $2M+ in potential revenue while driving a measurable 3:1 or greater ROI. Build, manage, and develop a global team of performance marketing managers and specialists, acting as a senior hiring leader to scale the function. Serve as the executive-level authority for quarterly planning, annual budgeting, and C-suite QBRs, ensuring spend is continuously allocated to highest-ROI cohorts. Establish and govern experimentation frameworks at scale, maintaining executive-level reporting standards that translate complex performance data into decision-grade insights. Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure tight lead quality standards and alignment with the full buyer journey.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of performance marketing experience
- deep expertise across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and demand generation
- high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environments
- 5a global people management role
- demonstrated track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing performance marketing talent
- Proven ownership of $800K+ in annual paid media budgets
- direct accountability for ROI
- demonstrated achievement of 3:1 or greater return on performance marketing investment
- Experience managing and optimizing a marketing-qualified lead pipeline of $2M+ in potential revenue
- close partnership with Sales on pipeline conversion and revenue attribution
- Deep demonstrated proficiency with modern performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic DSPs)
