Job Summary
Director, Global Payroll responsible for leading and managing multi-country payroll operations across EMEA, Americas, and APJ; ensure timely, accurate and compliant payroll for all employees including expatriates and remote workers; drive automation and process improvements; manage third-party payroll providers; oversee audits and statutory reporting; develop payroll training and report on key metrics; collaborate with HR and Finance across cultures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of experience managing multi-country payroll operations
- Strong understanding of global payroll regulations, compliance, and tax issues
- Proficiency with payroll software systems (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Bonus: Professional payroll certification (CPP, CIPP)
