Director Global Payments Operations

Director of Global Payments Operations responsible for end-to-end payments delivery, risk controls, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience across regions. Lead the implementation and embedding of a simplified, scalable Payments TOM, drive transformation and automation (including AI-led solutions), accelerate stop-at-source interventions, strengthen controls for payment investigations and financial crime safeguards, and enhance client experience through improved transparency and digital self-serve capabilities. Build high-performing, future-ready operations teams, develop leadership capabilities, and guide cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders while aligning processes, controls, and platforms to deliver compliant, efficient, and scalable global payments operations.
