Job Summary
Director, Global Oncology Insights and Engagement leads strategic insight generation and cross-functional orchestration for Global Oncology, partnering with DHH and marketing to translate data-driven insights into pipeline strategy, go-to-market decisions, and launch excellence. Responsibilities include developing an analytics roadmap, integrating primary and secondary data (claims, EMR, syndicated reports, competitive intelligence), communicating advanced analytics to senior leaders, and leading a global team across on-shore/off-shore locations. Focus areas include leveraging AI to strengthen analytic capabilities, delivering decision-ready outputs, and aligning cross-functional teams on scope, timelines, and outputs. Leadership responsibilities encompass mentoring Associate Directors, Senior Specialists, and Specialists, driving a culture of impact, innovation, and continuous learning. Preferred and required qualifications emphasize broad data analytics expertise in healthcare/pharma, experience with healthcare data (EMR/EHR, claims), and strong storytelling and stakeholder management. The role is hybrid with 10% travel, based in the US with locations in Rahway, NJ and Upper Gwynedd, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Decision Science, Marketing, Engineering, Public Health, or equivalent scientific/commercial discipline
- Eight or more (8+) years of experience in marketing, data insights and analytics, strategic planning, or related roles within pharmaceutical, biotech, consulting, or healthcare industry
- Two or more (2+) years of people leadership experience
- Knowledge in mining patient medical claims/EMR data with a strategic mindset
Desired Qualifications

- Prior experience in Oncology
- Global experience, specifically as it pertains to data and analytics
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PharmD, PhD) appreciated but not required
