Job Summary
Provide financial support to Marketing operations and coordinate the LCM team to generate outputs for forecasting. Support Global Planning for the Long Range Operating Plan, Aug FC, and Budget cycles, ensuring alignment with Human Health International, the Global CoE, and the Research & Development Division. Liaise with the Forecasting CoE to gather granular tumor details for variance explanations and assist in developing materials for Senior Leadership. Manage two direct reports while delivering high-quality financial analysis under tight timelines.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Finance, Business or Economics or MBA concentration in these areas
- Minimum of 7 years of experience that includes at least 5 in finance related roles
- Strong Analytical, communication, organizational and collaborations skills
- Must be able to deliver high-quality results under tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including senior management
- High motivation and strong customer focus
- Quick learners and ability to work in a dynamic environment
