Job Summary
Director, Global Medical Evidence Generation Lead in Oncology leads the strategic development and execution of an evidence generation plan for GI/GU cancers, including CRCs, MAST, and ISRs. Responsibilities include defining integrated evidence generation strategy across clinical trials, RWE, non-interventional studies, registries and health outcomes; contributing to protocol development and study design; engaging external investigators; ensuring compliant and high-quality study execution; delivering proposals and governance updates; disseminating findings through publications and conferences; collaborating with cross-functional partners across geographies; overseeing operational delivery, budgets, and timelines; participating in advisory boards and scientific forums; and travel ~20% globally. Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MS or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of pharma clinical development/Medical Affairs experience
- Strong oncology/domain expertise in GI and GU cancers
- Experience in protocol design, study design, and governance
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external investigators
- Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel ~20%
