Job Summary
Lead daily global fulfillment, order planning, and customer shipping while owning the global 3PL and internal warehouse network. Manage 3PL performance through KPIs, SLAs, and QBRs, and direct all freight from factory to warehouse and warehouse to warehouse. Select and manage freight forwarder and customs broker partnerships, and own global customs compliance across every market we serve. Maintain and scale WEEE compliance and Duty Drawback programs, and set the customs strategy for expansion and challenging market entry. Lead, coach, and grow a global team of managers while delivering cost savings across freight, warehousing, and fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years leading global logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations
- 5+ years leading managers and building global teams
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Proven success owning 3PL strategy, contracts, and performance
- Deep experience managing global air, ocean, and ground freight
- Track record managing freight forwarder and customs broker relationships
- Working knowledge of customs compliance, HTS classification, and Incoterms
- Experience with WEEE, Duty Drawback, and IOR programs
- Dangerous Goods (DG) experience with lithium batteries
- Hands-on leader and doer who fills gaps
- Strong communicator who leads cross-functional projects
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Professional experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Office-based or hybrid options
