Job Summary
Develop and refine the learning strategy for key organizational capabilities at PepsiCo, ensuring alignment with enterprise business strategies to accelerate performance. Lead aspects of the global learning ecosystem, building world-class functional development objects and championing innovative, learner-centric approaches including digital and experiential learning. Articulate learning impact with a data-driven approach to assess outcomes and inform investments, while cultivating a skills-based framework that aligns workforce capabilities with evolving needs. Manage a high-performing global team of learning professionals and oversee partnerships with external vendors to bring emerging practices to the organization. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and regional partners to advance high-performance learning solutions. This role drives governing principles for consistency and scale within PepsiCo's Global Learning & Development Center of Excellence, focusing on unlocking organizational efficiencies across functions.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, with global scope and scale
- Proven track record leading a high-performing learning organization
- Deep expertise in adult learning principles, learning/learner analysis, instructional design, and design thinking
- Forward thinking, with an ability to set direction and motivate others on what is possible in an ever-evolving landscape
- Agile and adaptive; flexible and proactive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategies and systems that deliver high learner impact and strong business performance
- Excellent business acumen and ability to translate business needs into learning solutions
- Exceptional consulting, collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, including experience working with senior executives
- Strong understanding of learning technologies and analytics; proven ability to leverage to improve the effectiveness of learning
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and communicate impact; and the ability to coach, mentor and facilitate as needed
- Experience navigating through organizational complexity and ambiguity
- Experience managing global teams and working in matrixed, fast-paced environments

- Degree in Organizational Learning or a related field preferred
