Job Summary
Define and evolve Peloton's global instructor development strategy, establishing frameworks for talent identification, coaching, and career progression across all markets. Own the global casting architecture by setting objective criteria to source and sign elite fitness talent, while championing diversity and inclusion in pipelines. Lead the New York-based Talent Producer team, driving their transition to dedicated development coaches and evolving global coaching methodologies for performance and storytelling. Partner with regional teams and senior leadership to implement structured evaluation rubrics, manage vendor resources, and support instructor contract renewals through strategic assessments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent development, casting, or performance coaching
- track record of scaling global talent initiatives
- experience working with production
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing creative or talent development teams
- Significant experience in instructor or on-camera talent development, casting, and coaching
- Strong understanding of brand development, performance coaching, and talent strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
