Job Summary
The Global Director of Information Communication Technology leads the worldwide IT strategy, operations, and infrastructure, overseeing global IT teams and driving transformative technology initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing a global IT strategy, leading ERP initiatives like Infor M3, managing IT operations and infrastructure, establishing cybersecurity protocols, and fostering a high-performance IT team. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, significant IT leadership experience, and expertise in ERP implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience
- Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations; Infor M3 or similar system experience preferred
- Strong background in manufacturing or engineering environments
Desired Qualifications
- Infor M3 configuration, troubleshooting, and support expertise
- Technical knowledge of Infor ION and M3 API
- Experience in digital transformation strategies
- Proficiency in project and program management methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Monday.com)
Additional Requirements
- Domestic and international travel as required to support global operations
- Work across multiple time zones to coordinate with global teams
