Job Summary
Director, Global Human Resources - Operations oversees HR strategy and delivery for Global Supply Chain, Engineering, Strategy, and site-level HR support at Lakewood and Littleton with HR leadership across Costa Rica and Larne. Leads a distributed HRBP team, designs a global People Strategy to drive associate engagement, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes, partners with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards, and ensures compliant payroll and HR processes across global operations. Focus areas include talent management, leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, change management, DE&I integration, and safety/health initiatives within manufacturing environments; requires advanced collaboration across regions, travel up to 15%, and onsite/hybrid work in Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments and managing HRBPs or HR teams.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. and Colorado employment laws and regulations.
