Job Summary

Define strategic direction for the HR Operations team and administer programs supporting the firm's business and client service principles. Lead technical and operational advisors to oversee global HR processes, systems, data, reporting, mobility, compliance, and risk management. Manage the HR Knowledge Library and shared services teams in Chicago and London to drive standardization and efficiency. Liaise with IT, General Counsel, and the CTO to advance technology roadmaps, data integration, and privacy considerations. Oversee the annual operations budget, headcount, and project delivery while fostering global adoption of standardized processes. Exercise independent judgment to make decisions on strategy, best practices, and program offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree or related/comparable work experience
  • Professional services experience
  • Working internationally and cross-culturally
  • Strong track record of managing teams for HR Operations, preferably global teams, and managing key HR processes using technology
  • Evidence a deep understanding and application in HR Process Design & Implementation
  • Evidence a deep understanding and application in Presenting people Analytics and insights
  • Evidence a deep understanding and application in Setting and monitoring HR KPIs
  • Evidence a deep understanding and application in HR project management
  • Evidence a deep understanding and application in Organizational design
  • Evidence a deep understanding and application in Service quality management
  • Evidence a deep understanding and application in Budgeting and financial management
  • Strong technology experience of using - and preferably implementing - any of the following: PeopleSoft, Workday, Success Factors, ServiceNow, HR data analytics, Performance Management and Onboarding tools, HR Knowledge Library, Applicant Tracking, Learning Management, Job Descriptions, AI applications for HR, etc.
