Director, Global Financial Business Planning

Director, Global Financial Planning at Crocs leads enterprise-wide financial planning cycles (AOP, forecasts, outlooks, and long-range planning) with governance and cross-functional alignment across regions and functions. Delivers executive-ready insights to the Board and leadership, defines OpEx/CapEx strategies, improves forecasting accuracy, and modernizes planning processes, tools, and operating models. The role partners with Commercial, Supply Chain, and functional teams; leads a high-performing finance team with analytics, modeling, and storytelling capabilities; requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA/CPA preferred) and 10+ years in accounting/FP&A with 3+ years in leadership; proficiency in SAP, SAP BW, BPC, OneStream, Power BI, and related financial tools. In-office requirements vary by persona (Collaborator: 2-3 days remote, 4 days in-office; overall hybrid arrangement). This position is based in the Broomfield Corporate Office with a flexible, blended schedule.
