Job Summary
Oversee and manage multiple construction projects within the South Asia region, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with teams across Global Facilities, EHS, Procurement, and Corporate Finance while establishing effective project communication plans. The role requires at least 15 years of working experience, including a minimum of 10 years in construction and 5 years in a managerial role. Key skills include project execution strategy, risk management, stakeholder management, and the ability to coach and mentor team members.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture related field.
- Experience as a construction project management in EPCM project.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
- Ability to integrate and work in a global multicultural team.
- Cost and Schedule management experience.
- Good analytical and organizational abilities required to ensure effective management and decision making.
- Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.
- Outstanding organization, coordination and leadership skills – ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors.
Desired Qualifications
- Qualification or Membership of a major Industry Professional body is desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in the management of multi-disciplined semiconductor projects and/or other relevant industries is strongly preferred.
