Job Summary
Director, Global Enterprise Accounts to lead a high-performance sales team focused on acquiring net-new business and expanding existing Fortune 500 accounts. Responsible for guiding Global Account Executives, managing pipelines, and developing account strategies for customer acquisition and growth. Travel up to 50% of the time to support field engagements, close deals, and ensure customer success. Drive revenue targets, grow greenfield opportunities, and collaborate with Global Development, Sales Engineering, Channel Development, and partners. Lead talent development, oversee pipeline reviews, mentor and onboard Global Account Executives, and participate in high-level negotiations and deal finalization. Strong preference for a BS/BA and 2-10+ years in enterprise/strategic sales, with experience in SaaS/cloud hardware security and MEDDIC methodologies; ability to work across US and international destinations.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree strongly preferred
- 2-10+ years leading enterprise/strategic sales teams
- experience with MEDDIC sales training (preferred)
- willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic/international)
- independently authorized to work in the U.S.
