Director, Global Deal Desk

Job Summary
Director, Global Deal Desk to lead and scale a cross-functional global function that structures complex SaaS transactions (including multi-year agreements, ramped terms, bundles, and non-standard terms), drives timely deal review and approval workflows, and evolves quote-to-cash processes with a focus on pricing consistency, governance, and automation. You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Sales Operations to evaluate deal economics, risk, billing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606); supervise a globally dispersed deal desk team; leverage Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and NetSuite; and enable faster deal velocity while protecting the business. The role reports to the VP of OTC and Revenue Accounting and collaborates with order management, billing, and revenue recognition teams across APAC, Europe, US, and Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales Operations
- Led a Global Deal Desk team and owned complex quote-to-cash processes in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business
- Strong understanding of SaaS deal structures (ARR, ACV, renewals, expansions, co-terms, ramped contracts, discounting, bundling)
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams on complex, high-value transactions
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and CLM systems
- Experience building and leading a globally dispersed team
- Ability to partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Customer Success
- Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition rules and non-standard terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
