Job Summary
Director, Global Creative Content leads hands-on production and storytelling across production, editorial, and marketing to develop and execute original content that supports Paramount Pictures’ global theatrical marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include overseeing behind-the-scenes content, developing featurettes and short-form pieces for global campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to identify content needs, conceptualizing innovative formats, shaping narrative-driven pieces with editors, producing specials for broadcast and digital platforms, supporting talent content days and event capture, managing multiple projects with strong organization, presenting concepts to stakeholders, and assisting with budgeting, vendor coordination, and production logistics. Basic qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in entertainment marketing/content; additional qualifications emphasize ability to generate strategic creative ideas, proven production experience, storytelling across formats, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication with filmmakers, talent, and studio stakeholders.
