Job Summary
Own and drive Breyanzi's global commercial brand strategy (ex-US), including market shaping, positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy. Lead commercial opportunity assessments for lifecycle management and geographic footprint expansion, integrating market insights and pricing dynamics to formulate strategic options. Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and governance forums while ensuring continuous integration of insights into long-term financial planning. Accountable for delivering ambitious revenue and patient targets across international markets, driving brand growth and class share in established and newly launched regions. Partner closely with the Global Executive Director to shape strategic recommendations on high-impact topics such as indication expansion, site activation, and slot allocation. Serve as the primary global commercial partner to selected markets, ensuring alignment with global strategy while enabling locally relevant execution through best practice sharing and cross-market insights.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in biopharma
- Bachelor's degree

- In-market and/or global launch experience
- Experience of managing brand lifecycle
- Proven track record of driving performance and executional excellence

- Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry
