Director, Global Business Resiliency

Job Summary
Chair the Business Resiliency Steering Committee and provide strategic leadership for the global program, including vision, strategy, and planning. Mature and implement crisis management, emergency response, and business recovery plans across all sites and functions. Draft policies and SOPs, align with IT disaster recovery, and select appropriate resiliency technology. Lead training, exercising, and awareness activities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Partner with EHS, Corporate Security, and senior leadership to maintain a cohesive capability. Manage external partners and oversee adherence to global business ethics and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated experience working in large, global highly regulated industries
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in high-stress/crisis situations
- Strong knowledge of related standards and regulations
- Excellent proven communication skills with ability to influence/lead across all levels
- Ability to maintain and project calm, make clear decisions, and lead across all levels of the organization in high-stress situations
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in business resiliency or related functions in pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries
- 5+ years of experience building and leading business resiliency programs in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
