Job Summary

Lead and scale LexisNexis Legal & Professional’s General Management Leadership Development Program (GMLDP), serving as the primary pipeline for future General Managers, Business Unit Leaders, and operational/strategy leaders. Responsibilities include designing and launching the program, defining vision and governance, building rotational frameworks and measurable outcomes, establishing participant selection criteria and development experiences, partnering with senior leadership for talent planning, building university/campus partnerships, managing recruitment and selection for cohorts, creating onboarding and leadership curricula, coordinating mentorship and sponsorship programs, and driving AI-enabled talent innovation to enhance recruiting, assessment, and development. The role requires strong stakeholder management, global program leadership experience, and the ability to operate in a technology-enabled environment, with a Bachelor’s degree required and 12-15 years of experience in relevant HR/Leadership domains; a graduate degree is preferred. The position involves travel to New York, Dayton, and Raleigh, with orientation toward building a scalable, outcomes-focused development ecosystem tied to enterprise succession needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 12-15 years of experience in one or more of the following: Human Resources, General Management, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Consulting, Executive Development, High-Potential Talent Programs
  • Demonstrated track record of success in large, complex global organizations
  • Collaborative and humble approach to work
  • Strong initiative and ability to work quickly in a change-rich environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior leaders; builds credibility
  • Effective communication with students, managers and senior executives and external stakeholders
  • Successful coach and people-developer
  • Graduate degree (MBA, Master’s in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field) preferred
