Job Summary
Lead global clinical program strategy and operational performance for designated oncology programs, serving as the escalation point for unresolved study issues. Manage and develop a team of Global Clinical Study Managers through hiring, mentoring, and performance management while overseeing annual budget creation, resource allocation, and vendor governance. Drive disease/asset strategy by collaborating with Franchise Heads and governance teams to define priorities, establish global standards, and ensure alignment with ICH/GCP guidelines. Conduct regular program reviews to track KPIs, enforce quality metrics, and lead KOL engagement activities to support seamless execution of partner projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- 10+ years' experience in clinical trial industry
- Project management exposure/experience across the entire lifecycle of multi-region/country clinical trials in a fast-paced global environment
- Experience in both people management and program management
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Travel: Up to 20%
- Deep understanding of ICH/GCP Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- MS Office
- Project Planning Applications
- Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
