Job Summary
Anchor fundraising in India's rapidly expanding CSR ecosystem by identifying, researching, and approaching corporate CSR programs, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals aligned with healthcare and digital innovation. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of 30+ prospects to meet an annual target of ₹5 crore while mapping trends across India's top 200 corporates and emerging South Asian markets. Develop deep relationships with CSR heads and CXOs, crafting data-driven proposals that comply with Companies Act Schedule VII and NITI Aayog's digital health roadmap. Lead investor pitches, site visits, and impact storytelling to secure commitments, while delivering quarterly outcome-focused reports to partners. Collaborate with program, impact, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and elevate Intelehealth's brand through thought leadership content and strategic partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive fundraising experience in India
- at least 5+ years dedicated to CSR fundraising from corporate sources
- Demonstrated success in raising ₹5 crore+ annually from CSR or institutional funders
- Direct experience managing 10+ CSR partnerships simultaneously with strong relationship retention rates
- Deep understanding of India's Companies Act 2013, CSR regulations (2% mandatory spending), CSR-1 registration, and NITI Aayog compliance requirements
- Proven ability to map and engage corporate CSR ecosystems
- Experience engaging ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) for family philanthropy or impact giving
- Knowledge of healthcare-focused CSR priorities and alignment with digital health innovation and gender equity initiatives
- Excellent proposal writing and storytelling ability with a proven track record of securing significant grants
- Strong presentation and pitching skills; able to distill complex digital health concepts for corporate decision-makers
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that connect CSR funder priorities to Intelehealth's impact model and scalability
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho) for donor management, pipeline tracking, and reporting
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization for fundraising analytics and dashboards
- Comfortable with WordPress, email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, and basic digital marketing analytics
- Ability to learn and adopt new fundraising and management software quickly
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and time management to juggle 40–50 prospects at various pipeline stages
- Data-driven mindset: ability to track, analyze, and optimize fundraising metrics (conversion rate, average grant size, pipeline velocity)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in compliance documentation, contracts, and reporting
- Entrepreneurial spirit with comfort in ambiguity; ability to build fundraising infrastructure from scratch or scale existing processes
- Authentic relationship-building and genuine curiosity about donor motivations and alignment with social impact
- Resilience and grit: comfort with rejection, persistence in following up, and adaptability to changing market conditions
- Collaborative mindset: strong working relationships with program, finance, impact, and marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, development studies, nonprofit management, marketing, or related fields
Desired Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, digital health, telemedicine, or last-mile health delivery
- Prior experience with NGOs, nonprofits, or development organizations with CSR fundraising focus
- Familiarity with NITI Aayog, Ayushman Bharat, National Digital Health Mission (NDHM), and India's digital health policy landscape
- Familiarity with funding or partnership ecosystems elsewhere in South and Southeast Asia
- Experience structuring cross-border or regional partnerships
- Experience developing thought leadership content, case studies, or impact narratives for professional audiences
- Comfort with video testimonials or short-form video content for social proof and donor engagement
