Director, Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, full-stack AI-enabled solutions for the AI Hub platform; drive AI/ML integration into core business workflows; provide strategic technical consulting to IT leadership across geographies; architect cloud-native AI solutions using microservices and containers; champion code quality, security, and governance; grow and mentor a high-performing engineering team; collaborate with global teams across US, EMEA, and APAC; establish CI/CD, test automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices; ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, AI governance) and adherence to security principles; translate complex requirements with product managers into scalable technical solutions and ensure platform scalability and resilience for future AI/ML needs.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership, technology & talent strategy experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Exceptional global stakeholder management and influence skills
- Understanding of modern software engineering, agile ways of working, platform operating models and pragmatic governance in regulated environments
- Proven expertise in execution metrics and analytics; ability to translate data into insights, decisions, and sustained improvements
- Significant experience designing and operating vendor engagement models, governance, commercial discipline, and outcome-based delivery (pods/product teams)
