Job Summary
Direct and oversee Front Office operations including guest service, registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory, and staff management to meet resort standards and maximize guest satisfaction. Act as main contact for guests and other resort departments; implement guest-service initiatives, budgeting/forecasting, and policy enforcement; lead staff training and development, monitor guest satisfaction, drive up-selling opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue, and coordinate cross-departmental communications to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Front Office leadership
- Front Desk operations experience
- Three to five years of management experience
- High school or equivalent education and Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (as position may require operation of vehicles)
