Job Summary
Director, Front-End Revenue Cycle Management responsible for leading multi-site front-end operations across Texas and Florida to eliminate denials, oversee patient access, eligibility, pre-authorization, price transparency, pre-service coding reviews, and analytics; drive KPIs (registration accuracy, pre-service eligibility, first-pass denial rates), manage managers and supervisors, set standards, collaborate with coding, billing and contracting leadership, and ensure compliance with No Surprises Act and related regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience
- at least 4 years in a front-end leadership role (Manager or above)
