Job Summary
Oversee annual budget development, periodic forecasting, and long-range strategic planning while leading the corporate planning function. Provide strategic financial insights to senior management, analyze performance against key metrics, and drive business performance through cross-functional collaboration. Develop advanced financial models, implement cost optimization strategies, and assess risks to support mergers, acquisitions, and investments. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and continuously improve planning processes using data analytics. Reports to VP FP & A in an Atlanta-hybrid role. MBA preferred with 5-10 years of experience. Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of related job experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Basic experience of simple office/operational systems
- Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills
- Experienced in providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges
- Experienced in strategic management and leadership across company functions directing substantial resources over long time frames
- Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives
- Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
- Strong planning and organization skills
