Job Summary
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow while analyzing trends in revenue, operating costs, and inventory. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution leaders to drive performance reviews, identify risks, and optimize costs through financial modeling and scenario analysis. Prepare executive management reporting, automate FP&A processes, and translate operational results into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Manage lender reporting requirements and collaborate with IT to enhance data analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with primary focus on operating matters (inventory management, manufacturing, distribution, cost management, and IT-related functions)
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong three-statement modeling and financial analysis experience
- Experience in an operating company supporting operational functions such as inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and developing operational KPIs and dashboards
- Strong ability to identify business drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
- Experience improving and automating FP&A processes, systems, and reporting
- Working knowledge of integrated financial systems such as JD Edwards and Power BI
- OUS (Outside the United States) experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change
- 10-20% Travel Required
