Job Summary

Act as the primary financial advisor to Hardware Engineering and Supply Chain leaders, translating complex technical roadmaps into financial strategies and actionable business insights. Oversee financial analysis, deal structuring, and gate reviews for major supplier contracts, contract manufacturing agreements, and strategic hardware and Vehicle OEM partnerships. Manage E2E Financial Lifecycles, including the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Term Planning processes, ensuring key R&D investments are fully funded and aligned with multi-year goals. Conduct regular business reviews and variance analyses for all Hardware and Supply Chain functions to identify trends and develop mitigation strategies for proper budget management. Identify and execute automation and tool improvements to streamline financial reporting and scale the finance function alongside rapid company growth. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while fostering robust partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA/MA and BA/BS degree
  • CPA
  • 15+ years of business experience
  • 10+ years of Hardware engineering and Supply Chain FP&A experience
  • experience in a rapid growth and large scale environment
