Job Summary
Lead the digital transformation of M&S FP&A through automation, simplification, and standardization of financial processes, systems, and analytics. Drive finance workstreams for system implementations and process improvement initiatives across the Manufacturing & Supply organization. Develop standardized reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and planning methodologies, including advanced analytics and self-service reporting. Coordinate planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range cycles while ensuring timely, accurate delivery of financial reports and plans. Facilitate performance reviews and planning discussions to provide financial guidance and continuously improve forecasting accuracy. Deliver impactful management reporting, executive presentations, and dashboards that translate data into actionable business insights. Monitor COGS, productivity initiatives, and key operational KPIs to support senior management decision-making.

- 5-8 years of experience in financial management

- In-depth knowledge in Data Warehouse
- In-depth knowledge in IFP plus
