Job Summary
Director, FP&A Lead for the Americas overseeing U.S. and regional performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Lead and integrate FP&A processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions, partner with the Head of FP&A on global consolidation, deliver board/investor materials, drive automation and standardization of enterprise reporting, mentor FP&A analysts, and influence senior leadership to translate performance and market trends into actionable insights. Responsibilities include strategic decision support, planning and performance management, scenario planning, and collaboration with IT/Data to strengthen data architecture and controls. Requires leadership experience, multi-entity FP&A know-how, board-facing material preparation, and strong financial modeling in multi-currency environments. Base salary range $172,000–$258,000.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience
- experience leading FP&A integrations, carve-outs, or multi-entity consolidations across international jurisdictions
- experience preparing board- and investor-facing financial materials
- strong financial modeling and analytical skills in multi-currency, multi-entity environments
- advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with enterprise planning and BI tools
- demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and lead through ambiguity
- leadership and team-management experience
