Job Summary
Lead and develop a world-class FP&A team, own the annual budget process and corporate forecast model, and serve as the finance business partner to SG&A. Partner with leaders to refine strategic outlooks, drive standardization of processes and controls, leverage technology to improve efficiencies, provide real-time financial insights, design and coordinate monthly budget vs actual processes, oversee Procure-to-Pay and Purchase Order controls, develop reporting packages and dashboards, and support Board/C-Team presentations. Requires an advanced degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Accounting and at least 10 years of FP&A experience, with a hands-on, leadership-focused approach and a track record of driving EBITDA improvement. Proficiency with Microsoft D365, Adaptive Planning, and Workday is expected; excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. Location is hybrid with in-person presence at US hubs (Boston, SF, Atlanta, Sterling, Denver, Seattle, NYC, Scottsdale) and flexibility to work onsite Tue-Fri with remote Mondays, subject to approved workplace accommodations.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
- Minimum of 10 years of FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analytics
- Experience with Microsoft D365, Adaptive Planning and Workday
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
