Job Summary
Director, Foundry Sales and Business Development responsible for establishing client-specific sales strategies, forecasting mid- to long-term customer demand, identifying supply/demand needs, and negotiating to secure long-term partnerships. Lead cross-functional collaboration between Korea headquarter, dispatched executives, and field offices; oversee all activities to achieve sales targets, manage accounts, and develop opportunities. Daily onsite presence in San Diego, CA under the Flexible Work policy. Proven ability to analyze market trends, respond to customer issues, and build long-term customer satisfaction and growth. Fluent in Korean and English with timezone flexibility for US-Korea communications.
Required Qualifications
- Language: Fluent in Korean and English.
