Director, Founder's Office

Director, Founder's Office to drive local market entry and execute high-priority initiatives across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. Will work directly with the Founder to turn ideas into actionable plans, build initial hiring plans, support fundraising efforts, establish local presence (office setup and vendor management), and shape external positioning with PR and partnerships. The role requires turning ambiguous ideas into clear plans, operating independently in ambiguity, and acting as a central operator across teams to track priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and push progress. The ideal candidate has a background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles; is a strong generalist who can switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution; demonstrates high agency, sound judgment, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders and external partners; and thrives in a fast-moving environment. This is a full-time, senior-capital role focused on local market expansion, hiring, fundraising coordination, and building the company’s operating systems.
