Job Summary
Director, Founder's Office role overseeing and scaling business operations for A1. Responsibilities include leading business operations across multiple countries, building and managing a team of Business Operations Partners, overseeing office setup, entity incorporation, payroll implementation and local operations, managing external vendors and service providers, supporting recruiting operations and hiring activities, planning company events and operational logistics, tracking initiatives, and driving process improvements. The role requires experience in business/strategic operations or founder’s office, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional collaboration (recruiting, finance, legal, and administration), and a high ownership mindset.
